How long does it take for updates?
Our policy is all updates are to be completed by one business day. In some rare cases, we might need a few more days. We always communicate these cases directly with you and will provide an estimate time of when the services will be completed.
Is this a month to month services?
About 55% or more than half of our clients are on month-to-month agreements. However, we do offer an annual plan and some of our mid-size to larger clients prefer this option.
How often is my website monitored?
Your website is monitored 24/7 for uptime and security issues. Performance and health checks are conducted regularly, with proactive fixes applied before small issues become major problems.
Do you handle security and backups?
Yes. Digital support includes security monitoring and regular backups to protect your data. If something goes wrong, we can quickly restore your site and minimize downtime.
How do support requests work?
You can submit support requests via email or a ticket system. The majority of all request are solved within one (1) business day. We provide communication to all request and if we can not completed it within 1 business day, then we advise you of when it will be fix.
Is Hosting included?
Yes, we have a partnership with industry leaders, WP Engine and Flywheel. We will migrate your online presence to our hosting platform for free. If you decide to leave our support, then we will continue to host your site for 60 days for your to move your site to your new hosting platform.
